Interesting times! I am picking out this article as an example, which I suspect would never have come into existence were it not for the James Webb Space Telescope deep field images.
Since these images were published, there has been extraordinary blowback from the Big Bang cosmology community, a phenomenon I have followed closely since the implication of these images came to light. As an overview, I believe Mahatma Gandhi addressed this phenomenon most eloquently:
"First they ignore you
Then the laugh at you
Then they fight you
Then you win"
It would seem that we are now at the 'Fight you' stage.
The amazing ability of Big Bang proponents to ignore JWT observations: Fully formed garden variety spiral galaxies containing billion year old 2nd generation stars to be found a mere 180 million LY from a supposed Big Bang. Ii is akin to Lord Nelson putting his telescope to his blind eye and commenting that he sees no signals.
Put simply, in what Hollywood scenario do billion year old stars get created in 180 million years?
Adroitly sidestepping actual observations, Big Bangers habitually fall back on propping up their theory by continually referring to what they consider foolproof interpretations of cosmic redshift and microwave background radiation.
But these are false logic, again thanks to the JWT observations.
The ‘Dark ages’, predicted by the present evolutionary universe cosmic redshift model is not there.
Rather, this volume of supposed primordial space just after the Big Bang is smack full of galaxies, so the interpretation is wrong, which in turn de-couples microwave background radiation theory into any amount of viable alternative interpretations.
These Big Bang supportive arguments are like a snake trying to eat its own tail.
Everything I have seen since in pro-Big Bang articles and journals seem aimed at a desperate effort to thwart the JWT observations, ranging from wishing never-seen Population 3 stars would exist, to injecting dark matter between the big bang and these farthest observable observable galaxies. Absurd, hand-waving wishful thinking that reek of desperation that would leave William of Occam rolling in his grave.
This linked article is a typical example that illustrates this sort of gaslighting, and for shame, typically omits any mention the James Webb Space Telescope deep field images.

I have $100 that says in 5 years the scientific community will still accept the Big Bang theory, because there is no credible evidence against it. Accept?
